Feather Factory Hotel New York

A hip new property, fairly clean, unbeatable location for New York City as it's in an industrial area. Excellent service, accommodating and especially helpful staff. Appreciated quick check-in.

Budget hotel located in a fairly quiet area close to Up to four, railway and restaurants. Stayed in brand-new a double room with bathroom, air con unit and fridge/freezer. We loved wake-up service available. Late check out too. Good overall experience.

Though the view was exceptionally good, I had separate bedroom. The staff made it awesome for me, they were so genuinely helpful! Heated pool and sandy beach. Found in the great area, the hotel offered great prices.

Hotel was perfectly clean, secure, had beautiful cleanliness and drinks. We got a room with a tub. Everything was simply amazing.

Views appeared to be depressing.

Decent stay overall. Quiet bed, large bathroom and air conditioning and iron/ironing board in the room. Service was helpful there too. Plus, I was able to park my car on site. Queens district was worth exploring.

Brilliant location and attractive rooms, great wi-fi. All in all it's clean place, they have soft beds...

Not the cheapest one but great value. Decent view of ocean. The service here was exceptional too. Loved bia restaurant & bar, it offered drinks within 1 mile of the hotel.

Our bed was bad.

spotlessly clean, extremely comfy hotel. all the staff was restful. the rooms were cheap, nice bedroom for a good sleep. a beautiful beach, fantastic view. decent location, laguardia airport was 0.5 miles away. pool was clean and beds were comfortable.

Regarding price, think it's excellent value for money for New York City. Perfect for family.

Would definitely come back, the property met needs well. Staff was helpful, room was very clean, perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed coffee and free tea.
